Pansy Canvas work project

This is a novel way of using long and short stitch together with canvas work.  You could use the pansy on its own or combined with the canvas work to make a pincushion or similar.  I have used South African variagated threads for the canvas work but you can just match up your own space dyed/variaged threads.  CLick on PDF link below

Christmas Decorations

I found these instructions for christmas decorations that I made a few years ago and thought you may like to use them for last minute gifts.  We used them in a workshop so the instructions are a bit home made but sure you can work it out!  You could use your own threads, beads and decorations.
